Hello,
I need assistance removing cloud-based Scan to Email users that are still appearing on my HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479dw, even after performing the following steps:
Disabled and re-enabled Web Services
Factory Reset
NVRAM Reset
Printer is currently showing a new claim code
Despite these resets, the same Scan to Email users keep returning when the printer reconnects to the internet. This confirms they are being restored from HP’s cloud.
I am the original owner, and I’m preparing to resell the printer. I need help ensuring all cloud data, particularly Scan to Email users, is completely removed.
Please help me disassociate this printer from any HP Cloud account and delete all cloud-stored scan/email data linked to this device.
