  • Toner Cartridge Compatibility: Confirm that the new toner cartridge is compatible with your HP M426fdw printer. Using an incompatible cartridge can lead to printing problems.
  • Toner Cartridge Quality: While it's rare, there's a possibility that the new toner cartridge is defective. Try replacing it with another new cartridge to see if the issue persists.
  • Printer Settings: Check your printer settings to ensure they are configured correctly. Make sure the printer is set to print in black and white and not grayscale or color.
