the number of copies shown in the display window is stuck on 70. its a laserjet 235.

Probably needs to be reset.  I found this for the model 234 but probably works on 235

 

 

  • Turn the product on while you press and hold the Resume button for 10-20 seconds.
  • The Attention light turns on. Release the Resume button.
  • The Attention and Ready lights cycle while the product restores factory defaults.

You will have to reconnect but no need to download any drivers\

A simple connection to the router can be done by using the WPS pushbutton method. This is explained on page 14 in this User Manual.

Thanks but it doesn’t solve the problem. It is not showing as “error” 70, just 70. I can alter this through the +- tabs but as soon as i print it reverts to 70. I have tried switching the printer power off/on but nothing seems to help. Any further help would be much appreciated.
