I just bought a hp desktop printer and I cant get it to scan. Computer says cant find scanner

I see that you are facing an issue scanning to your PC from your printer.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.

- May I know which application you are using to Scan?

- When was the last time you were able to scan from your PC or working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your printer or PC recently?m0

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
