Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

My digital faxes stopped being saved to my computer.  I have gone through the setup in the software numerous times and get the error message "your printer cannot connect to the server".  Any ideas what is going on.  Digital copies of the incoming faxes used to be saved on the computer but no longer

Common cause of loss of connection is a windows update that changes security settings, blocking what it views as insecure settings. You may want to try uninstalling the printer software and reinstalling after checking that you have the most current revision of the software. go to support.hp.com to search for current software for your device.
