Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

my digital fax to email was working great.  Then it says my credentials are wrong.  I redo everything and it still says its wrong.  does anyone know how to fix this?

Please let us know what email provider you are using, this is likely due to a security adjustments need to be done for the printer to connect to your email account.

the original email was hotmail and it worked all the time and then stopped.  I also tried my Gmail and my Comcast emails and I get the same problem.

Thanks for clarifying @jillstef,

 

Please try creating and using an app specific password, this should allow the printer to connect to Hotmail’s SMTP server:

Below are the SMTP server settings for Hotmail:
