digital sender 8500 admin password

We have a digital sender and don't know the admin password. The touch panel icons were removed so that users would not get into areas they aren't supposed to.

Does anyone know what the default password for the web page administrator user account is?   Is there a pin code we can use for access?  We want to either be able to set up a password that we actually know or force the machine to be reset to factory defaults.  Can someone help me?

It seems like I also have this problem "again". The default password was probably used on our machine because no one cares if the machine is hacked or "improperly" used. Most User Manuals will specify the default password so that future techs can try it first when everyone has forgotten/misplaced that credential component. Often times the user/password account credentials are never changed from the defaults in order to minimize the chances of having to do a complete system reset. 

Tech Support may just minimize their time spent answering this question over and over again AND give your tech user community a helping hand when trying to QUICKLY help so many overly taxed entities trying to navigate a world full of way too many partially functional security hoops to hop through.

So the big question is. . . "Can someone tell me (and the user community) PUBLICLY what the default administrator password is?"
