Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having a problem getting the printer to load the paper. I have moved and now can not find the printer tray. With it missing I can not get the printer, deskjet 3930, to load the paper. DIY option?

If you load paper properly and adjust inner guides for paper width the printer must load paper even without paper tray.

 

You could probably find a cheap replacement tray on eBay, a lot of the printer models use the same tray only difference is in colour.
