I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the document feeder on your HP OfficeJet 250. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

 

I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to isolate the issue. 

 

Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor: 

Follow the steps from the link: Click here 

And, also update the printer firmware:

  • Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.
  • Click here to learn different methods of updating the printer firmware.
