No.

HP does not have any financial interest in what you are scanning with your printer.

 

What if?

 

If you scan a save content to your computer,

If you are subscribed to Instant Ink,

If you PRINT the scanned content,

the number of printed pages for your Print-by-Page Plan are counted.

 

 

 

What else?

 

If you scan a document / image and save that content to Cloud Storage folder,

If you go over the limit for storing data in that Cloud Storage location,

You might be charged for extra storage space.
