I was hoping you could HELP me figure out how to download the software to make my new mobile scanner, PS100.

How do I navigate the HP website to find HPworksolution.com/setup.

1. Important Warning

hpworksolution.com/setup is NOT an official HP website.

Do NOT download or install anything from that site.

Use only the official HP website:
https://support.hp.com

2. How to Download Software for HP PS100
A. Try macOS Built-In Scanner Support (Recommended)

macOS 12 Monterey often supports older scanners without installing drivers.

Steps:

Connect the scanner to your Mac (USB).

Turn on the scanner.

Open Image Capture (macOS built-in app).

Your scanner should appear in the left panel.

Start scanning.

B. Check for HP Official Software

Because the PS100 is an older product, HP may not offer Monterey drivers.

Steps:

Go to: https://support.hp.com

Click Software & Drivers.

Type HP Scanjet Mobile Scanner PS100.

Select your model.

Check for macOS downloads.

If macOS 12 Monterey isn't listed, HP does not provide drivers for this OS.

3. If HP Drivers Are Not Available

You can still scan using the following:

A. HP Smart App

Download from Mac App Store → Search HP Smart
(Works for many HP devices, but may not support PS100.)
