Hi.

why is it not possible to copy  more then one page from the automatic paper feed, how its possible from the flatbed glass, so it waits for the second page ?

Can you confirm your printer model is :

HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479dw?

 

If it is, then the ADF doesn't support Automatic Duplex scanning.

Duplex ADF scanning

No

Only the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw supports Automatic Duplex Scanning.

For Duplex copying, follow this example to do a 2-sided to 2-sided copy.

It is possible to copy duplex from the automatic document feeder.

but it don' t have the choice of "2-to-2" side in my options.....thats the point 😉

but i can print duplex, so the duplex is working.

Have you tried loading the document onto the automatic document feeder before going to the Front panel?

 

Try following the steps in the video.

 

Let us know if the 2-2 sided copying menu appears.

thanks for your answer.

yes i put in the document before i go to the front panel.

i tried also a thick bundle of documents, so it has nothing to do, that in only not recognize it for a one paper document.

Yes, you are absolutely right ! the DW can not double side scanning 😞
