hi!

i got a replacement printer after defect. the new (refurbished) printer has an email adress of a previous owner stored in the "Scan to mail" option.

without the PIN, there is no possibility to delete this mail.

 

support calls (several hours) didnt help

Factory reset doesnt help

EWS (embedded web server) does not list the scan to mail option, therefore i cannot delete the mail.

 

this is a privacy issue, as documents scanned by my printer could mail to another person by misclicking. 

any help appreciated
