Hi @tobalutch,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

To enlarge a printed picture using your HP DeskJet 2852e All-in-One Printer on Windows 10, you can follow these steps to scan the picture, enlarge it using a photo editing tool, and then print it at the desired size:

1. Scan the Picture:

  • Prepare the Printer: Make sure your HP DeskJet 2852e is powered on and connected to your computer.
  • Place the Picture on the Scanner: Open the scanner lid and place the picture face down on the scanner glass, aligning it with the indicated guides.
  • Open HP Smart App: Open the HP Smart app on your computer. If you don't have it, you can download it from the Microsoft Store.
  • Select Scan: In the HP Smart app, click on Scan.
  • Adjust Settings: Choose the scan settings, such as color and resolution (select a higher resolution for better quality).
  • Scan the Picture: Click Scan and save the scanned image to your computer.

2. Enlarge the Picture:

  • Open a Photo Editing Tool: You can use tools like Microsoft Paint, Paint 3D, or any other photo editing software you prefer.
  • Open the Scanned Image: In your chosen software, open the scanned image of the picture.
  • Resize the Image:
    • In Microsoft Paint, go to the Resize button on the Home tab.
    • Choose Percentage or Pixels and increase the values to enlarge the picture. For example, increasing by 200% will double the size of the image.
  • Save the Enlarged Image: Save the edited, enlarged image on your computer.

3. Print the Enlarged Picture:

  • Open the Enlarged Image: Open the enlarged picture in the photo viewer or editing software.
  • Print Settings:
    • Click File > Print or press Ctrl + P.
    • In the Print dialog, select your HP DeskJet 2852e printer.
    • Adjust print settings, such as paper size, orientation, and print quality.
    • Under Scaling or Fit to Page, select options that fit the enlarged image to your desired paper size.
  • Print the Image: Click Print to print the enlarged picture.

These steps will help you scan, enlarge, and print your picture at the desired size. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, I recommend you contact phone support for more options.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
