Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
The fax is disabled. I can't find how to enable it again. How do I do a factory reset such that I can setup the printer/fax/scanner again?

Hi,
While on the Home screen of your Printer.
Press the Return arrow (ideally on the bottom left of the display) at this point it will not be lit but still press it 4 time
It should show you support menu, Tap on it
Then Tap the UP arrow on the Top right
It should give you Enable and Disable menu
Press Ok and Select Fax and follow the On screen instruction.
