Here are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:

Check Power Connection: Ensure the printer is properly plugged into a working electrical outlet. Try plugging it into a different outlet to rule out any issues with the power source.

Inspect Power Cord: Make sure the power cord is securely connected to both the printer and the electrical outlet. Check the cord for any visible damage and replace it if necessary.

Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for about a minute, and then turn it back on. This can help to clear any errors that might have been caused by temporary issues.
