I have two fax to email issues.  One is, thankfully infrequent, a fax gets 'stuck' and is repeatedly sent to email.  All other faxes coming in queue up behind it and are not sent.   We can fix it by turning off fax to email, printing out all the stuck faxes (which we did not want to do in the first place), and then we have to clear the memory in the printer.   Any other way to easily discard the fax with the issue ?

 

Secondly ...  after we did solve the above problem, and again started up fax to email, faxes are indeed sent via e-mail but they are also printing !  Again, we do not want them to print.   What is going on here ?   We did power cycle the printer; firmware is up to date, and all features are set exactly as they were when it was working properly.  

 

Help ?

OK, I figgered out the issue with printing and emailing.    There is a setting a few panels in for that.  

 

But any help on the repetitive fax issue is appreciated !
