I cannot get my fax to automatically receive even though the fax is turned on to auto answer. I don't have any features on my phone that would interrupt my service to the fax.  I can receive a fax if I'm right there to accept it. HELP

Hi,

From the Fax menu select Setup > Preferences and please let me know the Rings to Answer value.

Additionally, locate the Distinctive Ring setting and make sure it is set to All Ring.

If you experience further issues, can you see any change on the printer screen when there is incoming fax? what exactly is shown on the screen when the phone rings?
