have g3110 scanner that cannot function under win 11 the software does not accept win 11 as compatable

details as follows after win updated to 11 the scanner software reports it cannot access the folder to save scans and forces one to close software i assume win 11 moved the default save folder or renamed it, hp suggests reinstalling software BUT software reports win 11 as not compatible print and scan doctor can provide functional scan solution would be "IF" default scan destination could be changed further complication is electric power is unreliable as i live in 3rd world country...texas
