Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hp officejet all in one 8600 pro N911g...  internet connection changed from DSL to high speed fiber optic. I was assured that we would still be able to send fax's with our new connection. I have spent 2 days and 3 different tech support people but they have not been able to help me. They recommended that I check with HP support since they don't  support fax hardware.

First thing to try is turning off error correction mode on the machine if you have not already done that. Have you connected a normal phone to the line to see if it can dial in and out and pickup the line?
