Hi @K79shovel,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To add another computer destination for scanning with your HP printer, follow these steps:

Using the HP Smart App

  1. Open the HP Smart App: Launch the HP Smart app on your computer.
  2. Select Your Printer: Make sure your printer is selected.
  3. Go to Scan Settings: Click on the “Scan” option.
  4. Add Destination: Look for an option to add or manage destinations. You can usually enter a new email address or select a folder on your computer.

Using Printer Control Panel

  1. Access the Printer Menu: On the printer's control panel, navigate to the scanning section.
  2. Select Destination: Look for an option to add or configure destinations. This might be labeled as "Scan to Computer" or similar.
  3. Follow Prompts: Follow the on-screen prompts to add a new destination.

Using HP Printer Software

  1. Open HP Printer Software: On your computer, search for the HP printer software installed with your printer.
  2. Find Scan Settings: Look for the “Scan” section and select it.
  3. Add Destination: There should be an option to add or configure destinations for scanning

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
