Hi @Iaing,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

How to Copy and Print a Document

Load the Original:

  • Place the document with the intended top edge forward in the scanner insertion slot.

  • Gently slide the document into the insertion slot until you feel it is pulled into the start position.

Select Copy Mode:

  • In the Copy tab, select either Color or B&W copying, which determines the Type of Original.

Set Copy Options:

  • Choose the Type of Original template that suits your document.

  • Adjust the Lightness level and set the desired copy quality using the Quality button.

  • Determine the Input size, which is usually the size of your original document.

  • Set the Output size for your copy. This can be altered based on the desired duplicate size.

Initiate the Copy Process:

  • Press the Copy button to begin copying. You can preview the image before printing using the Preview button.

How to Scan and Print a Document

Scan Document:

  • Access the Scan tab in your scanner interface.

  • Set your scanning options, including the type of original, size, and filename.

  • Select the File destination where you want to save the scanned file.

  • Press the Scan to file button to start the scanning process.

Print Scanned Document:

  • Go to the Print tab to bring up the list of scanned files available for printing.

  • Ensure the correct Setup tab settings, like margins and layout, are in place for your print job.

  • Select the file you scanned, check the print settings, and press the Print button to send the scanned document to the printer.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
