Operating System: macOS 15.0 Sequoia

I NEED TO SCAN A DOCUMENT THAT I NEED TO SUBMIT TO WORK ASAP. I TRIED TO LAUNCH HP SMART AND SAW IT DISAPPEARED AND WAS REPLACED BY HP.APP. I AM TRYING TO CONNECT TO MY PRINTER AND IT CAN'T FIND IT. IT'S ASKING FOR MY PRINTER'S IP ADDRESS. THAT'S TOO TECHNICAL FOR ME, I HAVE NO IDEA. I NEED THIS SCAN ASAP. WHY DID HP REPLACE THE APP WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME? THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND STRESSFUL, THE ALL CAPS IS INTENTIONAL.

I called your customer support, thank goodness I can still talk to a human being instead of your only allowing me to talk to bots. They were able to fix the issue right away. Again, thank you for letting us still talk to human beings. I hope you NEVER take that option away, the bots are INFURIATING.
