Hi @marathon11,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Ensure Printer is Set Up and Connected

  1. Make sure your HP Envy 6555e printer is properly set up and connected to your PC.
  2. Ensure it is connected via USB or configured on the same Wi-Fi network as your PC.

Open the Document

  1. Locate the saved document on your PC that you want to print.
  2. Double-click the document to open it in its default application (e.g., Microsoft Word, PDF viewer, etc.).

Access Print Settings

  1. In the application where your document is open, click on File in the top menu.
  2. Select Print from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, you can use the shortcut Ctrl + P on your keyboard.

Select Your Printer

In the Print dialog box, ensure that the HP Envy 6555e is selected as the printer. If it is not selected, use the drop-down list to choose it.

Configure Print Settings

  1. Adjust print settings as needed:
    • Number of Copies: Set how many copies you need.
    • Pages: Choose if you want to print all pages or specific pages.
    • Color/B&W: Select color or black and white printing.
    • Print Layout: Choose layout options like portrait or landscape orientation.

Print the Document

  1. Once all settings are configured, click the Print button.

Collect Printed Document

  1. Wait for the printer to finish printing.
  2. Collect the printed document from the printer's output tray

I hope this helps.
