Hi,

 

Just got a new HP OfficeJet Pro 9012. According to the spec sheet it is supposed to do double sided scanning, but can't figure out how. I want to do this without using a PC. So smart tasks or something. But can't find a setting on the printer interface or the smart app.

 

Any suggestions?

Which device are you using to scan?

Using the HP Smart app on the mobile devices may have limitations where 2 sided scanning may not be available.

To know how to scan using the HP Smart app, click here

2 sided scanning is supported by the HP Smart app when installed on a PC.

go to copy on your printer screen, then press documents, and then you should see 1 sided touch it and ii should give you the option for 1sided or 2 sided
