I am running on Windows 10 Pro on my HP ProBook laptop and have reinstalled the full printer Deskjet 3830 software. I am trying to scan multiple pages as one document from the document feeder but it keeps scanning as multiple .jpeg files only. I searched on windows fax and scanner app and do not see an option for .pdf files on the drop down of file type. Screendump below. How do I get the .pdf file type option available and how do I scan multiple pages as one? I do have acrobat reader DC installed. Assistance will be appreciated.
