Trying to scan to a jump drive. It worked yesterday but not today. It says the original is loaded but when I press start scan it just brings. I pressed memory devise, file type and paper size, start scan...bing

Please Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor (PSDR) tool to diagnose and fix your problem
