Product: Laser jet Pro M275
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I upgraded to Windows10, my printer present error camera 1000.

I trιed with scan doctor -firmware and with activation WIA but the problem persists

Can you help me solve the issue

Hi,

Can you successfully make a copy?

 

Please let me know the results, to deny any possible hardware failure to cause such behavior.
