Hi @Anad77,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

If you are using Windows OS, install HP Print and Scan Doctor.

You may also check if the printer is working normally and Copy

  • Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer. Once HP Print and Scan Doctor is open, click Start, and then choose your printer. If your printer is not listed, turn it on and click Retry. If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in the tool. Click Fix Scanning.
  • Try scanning from the printer driver if scanning from HP Smart or other apps does not work. Make sure the printer is on and ready, and then load your original into the scanner. In Windows, search Control Panel, and then open Control Panel. Click Devices and Printers.
  • Update the printer firmware and current OS  software. Click here
  • Try making a standalone COPY and check if that works. If not, then while the printer is ON, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer. Wait for 30 seconds. Plug in the power cord directly to Wall Outlet (bypassing the surge protector/ power strip). If the printer doesn't power ON, press the power button.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
