Hello,

This printer a client of mine uses was originally able to scan Tabloid size documents, and can no longer do so. Typically, she prefers to initiate the scan at the printer and select her PC over the network, but when doing it this way it now cuts off her documents at the 8.5x11 mark.

 

Initiating the scan from HP Smart does not have this issue. She would like to be able to continue scanning the way she was before. There was no network change recently, and a fresh install of the software package for this model did not make any headway, nor does the printer need any updates. No other users are having this issue.

 

Anybody have any ideas? Thanks.
