hp scan and capture défaillance générale

Bonjour

J'utilise HP offfice jet depuis un certain temps sans difficultés. L'imprimante fonctionne toujours mais je n'arrive plus à scanner, le logiciel scan and capture m'indique une défaillance générale. J'ai essayé scan doctor sans succès.

Quelqu'un a t'il une solution à me proposer

Hi,

Since a week, when I use HP Scan and Capture, I get the error Défaillance generale (general error).

Can you please advise how to solve it?

• Have you tried instating the Full feature software?

Same problem: for over a week, the HP Scan and Capture app doesn't scan anymore and displays a "General Failure".

Printer is a 3630 and the  scan is possible with HP  Smart (much less convenient).
