Hello,

When trying to use the scanner with Adobe Acrobat Pro I receive error messages of an unrecoverable error has occurred.  Operation Stopped using scanner HP OFFICEJET PRO 9730 SERIES TWAI  

Please help with a solution to correct this as this is the program our business uses quite often.

Reinstall Scanner Software:
