Previously i have id card scan option on my hp printer in HP SMART APP.but now it is not showing.

Scan ID Card is part of Smart Advance.

 

Smart Advance features are available in HP Smart with an HP+ service contract and on select non-HP+ printers.

 

This printer is part of the latter group - eligible non-HP+ printers

Advanced Scan includes automated scan quality features, Advance Presets, and conversion tools to work with text from images. For more information, go to Using advanced scanning features (HP Smart app)

OK -

The option should still be available in HP Smart > Printer Scan (or Camera for Mobile) > Flatbed / glass scanning.

 

Which options do you see in the Printer Scan section > "Advance Presets" ?

 

Example - HP Smart - HP+ - Scan > Printer Scan > Scanner Glass > ID scan setup
