Hello, 

sorry for my english, so please, reply keeping in mind that i have a poor english.

Since several months i have scan issues, anytime connection error.

I had solved several time the problem, reinstalled printer, reinstalled software, reinstalled drivers, but i have finished my patience, for some reason the scanner work properly for a couple of days and then starts againg to give back the same error

IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND SCANNER M148

meanwhile it  perfectly works with vuescan(for example) but doesn't work with hp scan.

 

Someone have a solution and can help me to don't throw the printer through the window? I have a perfectly working printer and scanner, but i can't use the scanner with hp software, only with third parts software.

Thank you in advance for your advice
