Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What is the operating system?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 
Click Advanced Picture Settings or Advanced Document Settings to change any available settings such as quality and resolution. Click Save to file Save Options to change the folder where scans are saved, set scan file names, and select what happens after you save the scan.
