Scanner has decided not to communicate. Printer is working normally otherwise. I have an HP color laserjet pro MFP 278-M281 PCL-6. I receive an error message in HP assistant after I click scan document that says...Lj m278mfp device not found. I am trying to scan a 6 page document from the feeder to the computer.

Ive turned printer on/off, followed a services menu post for WIA. Nothing is correcting the issue and allowing me to scan. Any suggestions please?
