Product: laserjet pro mfp m2777

I have a color laserjet pro mfp m277. i am trying to scan. i have an email in the m277 but i think it has an old password. i have tried to reset under setup but it keeps asking me for a password. what can I do?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you have lost the password for the scan to email feature.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you remove the email address and then add the new or the same email address again to check whether the issue is resolved.
