Hi @Torcito,

Thanks for replying.

Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue.

Power Cycle:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on.

Reset to Factory Defaults:

  • Navigate to the printer's menu (you might need to use the control panel on the printer).
  • Find the option for "Setup" or "Settings."
  • Look for an option to "Restore Factory Defaults" or "Reset."
  • Follow the prompts to reset the printer.

Check Fax Settings:

  • If you can access the printer’s settings menu, check the fax configuration.
  • Ensure that the fax settings are correctly configured or try disabling the fax feature temporarily.

Firmware Update:

  • Check the HP website for any firmware updates for your model.
  • Download and install the latest firmware, following HP’s instructions.

Check Connections:

  • Ensure all cables are securely connected.
  • If you have a phone line connected for faxing, verify that it's properly connected and functional.
  •

If this solution hit the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
