i am getting a middle line while scan through ADF on HP MFP M277dw printer. how to remove the Side 2 Background Selector in hp m277dw to clean roller. Is it the right method to solve the issue?

Please follow the instructions in Step 4 from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-color-laserjet-pro-mfp-m277-series/7089945/model/7089949/doc... to help you clean the automatic document feeder (ADF) rollers

 

I also suggest you update the printer Firmware. Please refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
