scanner does not work in mint 19.1. using 3.19.3.  xsane or simple scan does not work. we need support for scanner from hp. reason i buy is because of support from hp., but it is faltering compared to other brands giving support for linux and their printers.  I did try all 3.19.1, 3.19.2 and now 3.19.3. still no support for scanners.
