The scan function of my 6970 suddenly cannot work. I tried many solutions, including restoring to the factory setting and re-setup, but none worked. Whenever I tried to select scan to computer on the printer's panel, it says computer not found.

 

My computer is running MacOS and the version is Ventura 13.4.1

 

The print function still works as normal.
