Hi @petreavram,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your new HP DeskJet 2734e All-in-One printer. Let's try to troubleshoot the issue.
Check Power and Connections:
- Ensure the printer is properly plugged in and powered on.
- Verify that the printer is connected to your computer or network via USB or Wi-Fi (depending on your setup).
Install or Reinstall HP Software:
- Go to the HP website and download the latest drivers and software for the HP DeskJet 2734e.
- Install the software and follow the prompts to set up your printer.
- If you already installed it, try uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
Check Printer Status:
- On your computer, go to Devices and Printers (Windows) or Printers & Scanners (Mac), and see if the printer shows as online or offline.
- If it’s offline, try right-clicking on the printer icon and selecting Use Printer Online.
Set Up Wi-Fi (if wireless):
- If the printer is Wi-Fi enabled, ensure it is connected to the same network as your computer. You can usually set this up from the printer's control panel or using the HP Smart app.
Check for Error Messages:
- Look for any error messages or blinking lights on the printer. These can help pinpoint the problem.
Test with Scan/Print:
- Try printing a test page or scanning a document to see if the issue is with printing, scanning, or both.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
