Hi @loloabdo1986,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 5075 printer is printing blank pages or not printing at all, there are several possible reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to identify and resolve the problem.

  1. Check Ink Levels:

    • Make sure that there is enough ink in the cartridges. Low or empty ink cartridges can result in blank pages. Check the ink levels through your printer software or the control panel.
  2. Run Print Head Cleaning:

    • Most printers, including HP DeskJet models, have a utility for cleaning the print heads. Run the print head cleaning utility to clear any clogged nozzles or dried ink.
  3. Align the Print Heads:

    • Check if your printer has an option to align the print heads. This ensures that the nozzles are properly aligned, which can affect print quality.
  4. Update Printer Drivers:

    • Ensure that you have the latest drivers for your printer installed. Outdated drivers can cause printing issues. You can download the latest drivers from the HP official website.
  5. Check for Software Issues:

    • Sometimes, issues with the printing software can cause problems. Restart both your computer and the printer. If the problem persists, try reinstalling the printer software.
  6. Use Genuine HP Cartridges:

    • Ensure that you are using genuine HP ink cartridges. Non-genuine or expired cartridges may not work properly.
  7. Inspect for Paper Jams:

    • Check for any paper jams in the printer. Even a small piece of paper stuck in the printer can cause printing issues.
  8. Reset the Printer:

    • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes resolve temporary issues.
  9. Print a Test Page:

    • Use the printer's control panel to print a test page. This helps you identify whether the issue is with the printer itself or the computer/software.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
