Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer

Using HPsmart on my MacBook Pro I can scan to USB fine, but the info just cannot get back to the computer.  Copying and printing work fine.  

I have been through every single thing you have that applies to my printer and computer.  Replaced and reset everything, cleaned everything you can clean.  

HP seems to have given up Mac Support.  The graphics for those suggestions are clearly WAY out of date.

I have had HP printers since the 80’s and unless this can be solved,  the next one won’t be an HP!!!

For the cost of the HP one-time problem fix, I can buy a new Canon All-In-One.  

This is unsatisfactory.
