Quand je veux numeriser un doc on me dit d'aller sur 1,2,3 Hp pour installer le pilote (ce qui avait déjà été fait). je reinstalle, j'eteinds, je rallume et toujours numérisation impossible : "un pb a été détecté sur le scanner" ou "scanner en cours d'utilisation, réessayer".Je ne suis pas très douée, âgée et seule, merci de m'aider....
