Über ein Schreibprogramm kann ich gut drucken.

Über das Gerät kann ich auch nicht scannen da die Softvare fehlt.

Über den Computer geht scannen auch nicht da sich der Drucker nicht hinzufügen lässt.  

Über Hilfe wäre ich dankbar.

Translation:

I can print well via a writing program.
I can not scan via the device because the softvare missing.
Scan via the computer also does not work because the printer can not be added.

I'm sorry, but your printer is so very old that there is no software for it anymore.

That you can still print at all is remarkable! Speaks for HP.

But maybe this software will help here. The access works only with Internet Explorer!

Try this Solution:

  1. Install HP Scan Extended find here: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/
  2. Download this file: HPScanExt.msi
  3. Close all programs

Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the msi.

OPTIONAL:

    Add HP Scan Extended shortcut to Taskbar / Send to Desktop / Pin to Start
    • Open File Explorer > Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\HP Scan Extended\bin
    • Right-Click on "HPScan.exe" > Select Pin to Taskbar / Send to Desktop / Pin to Start

vielen Dank für die schnelle Antwort.

Es hat leider nicht geklappt.

Durch die fehlende Scanner -Softvare wird der Drucker nicht erkannt. Ich

 Aber diese ist  mit Windows 10 nicht kompatibl.ch habe noch die Installations-CD . ICH.

gend stimmt hier was nicht.

Nun das Drucken funktioniert ja.
