How do I fix the scan to computer error on the printer's screen?

"Manage Scan to Computer" is set in the HP Printer Assistant software on my PC, and My PC is listed on the printer's screen as a scan destination, but a scan initiated from the printer results with an error that "The selected computer is not available".

Note that scanning from the HP Printer Assistant via "Scan a Document or Photo" works without error.

Hi,
From the search bar type CMD, right-click on Command-Line, and select Run as Administrator, be sure to confirm any prompt by pressing Yes.

Past the following command and press enter:

Spoiler
Sc config stisvc depend= rpcss/ShellHWDetection

Now restart your computer and try scanning, may you see any difference?

Also, please make sure you select your computer name, exactly as listed under >anage Scan to Computer, and mot any additional option such as the WSD option, which appears as Save to Computer Name on your printer as an example
