@iplay2, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

To print only a specific portion of a document using your HP DeskJet 2755e, follow these steps:

Open the document:

  • Open the document you wish to print with an application such as Microsoft Word, Excel, or Adobe Acrobat.

Select the desired portion:

  • Highlight the portion of the text or area you want to print using your mouse or touchpad.

Print Selection:

  • Right-click over the highlighted portion and select Print, or open the print dialog by clicking File > Print.
  • In the print dialog, look for an option to print selection. This option will ensure that only the part of the document you selected gets printed.

Adjust Print Settings:

  • Verify that your HP DeskJet 2755e is selected as the printer.
  • Check additional settings such as paper size, orientation, and number of copies if necessary.

Start Printing:

  • Click on Print to start printing the selected portion of your document.

Additional Tips:

  • If your application does not support Print Selection, you may need to copy the desired portion into a new document and then print that document.
  • Make sure the printer and your computer are connected and the printer has paper and ink cartridges properly installed.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
