Hi

I am using a HP Deskjet Ink Advatage 4535 printer.

i) Print function is working fine

ii) Issue is with Scanning -  I am unable to scan documents/photo - the canned image that I get to preview is ony coloured lines

Kindy help to resolve this ( I have uninstalled and re installed the HP software - still having this issue
