I'm having a problem with Paperport 14 and hp office jet pro 8610 printer.  When I am in the scan screen, the dialog box is grey out.  I have the same software running on a brother mfc and I don't have the problem.  Does Paperport support hp office jet pro 8610?

I understand that you are unable to scan using Paperport 14 software from your HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer.

 

This issue could occur if there is a compatibility issue with Paperport 14 software.

 

You may use the HP scanning software and try scanning.

 

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link to scan using HP Scanning software: 

 

1. Scanning from the Computer (Windows)

 

2. Scanning From the Control Panel

 

Also, let us know if you were able to use the Paperport 14 software to scan from the hp printer before.

Are you able to make a copy from the unit?
